Pro Honda HP Coolant
Honda R&D developed this coolant specifically for use in aluminum engines. It uses high-tech organic non-abrasive corrosion inhibitor instead of silicates for maximum protection. Advanced Type-2 "Blue" formula is 100% compatible with and replaces the original "Green" coolant. It protects in temperatures from -34°F freeze point to 265°F (at 15 PSI) boiling point, and it is ready to use straight from the bottle 50/50 blend. Uses high-tech organic corrosion inhibitors instead of more commonly used silicate corrosion inhibitors. Unlike silicates, HP Coolant's organic corrosion inhibitors won't gel and cause radiator plugging. It is also more stable for a longer shelf life and its formula won't act as an abrasive to mechanical water-pump seals (which could cause leaky seals).
