WAYNESBURG POWERSPORTS RETURN POLICY
Waynesburg Powersports takes great pride in making sure our customers feel confident in their purchases. If you ordered the wrong part or size and you would like to exchange the product for an alternate size or style, submit a return request within 14 days of delivery.
RULES FOR RETURNS
All returned items will be inspected before refund is issued.
- Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- All returned items must be in new condition with zero wear. Items that show any signs of use, damage, or wear will not be accepted.
- Original packaging must be fully intact and should include all boxes, plastic bags, and any protective packaging materials. Item sin original packaging that has been torn open or damaged cannot be accepted.
- Shipping fees from the initial order are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees that will be deducted from the refund amount if a label is provided.
- All returns will incur a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- All returns must be shipped within 10 days of return request approval. After this 10 day period, your return will be permanently closed.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following types of items will not be accepted for return. Please contact us with any questions.
- WP Suspension Components
- Stacyc Stability Cycles
- Acid-filled or Lithium batteries
- Electrical items (Vortex ECUs, Batteries)
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Helmets
- Drop-shipped items
- Open chemicals
- Used, damaged, or worn items
SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST

- Login to your Shopify account
- In the Email field, enter your email address and then click Continue. This will send a verification code to your email address.
- Retrieve the six-digit verification code from your email, then return to Shopify and enter it.
- Select the order that includes the item(s) you wish to return.
- Choose a reason for the return, and add a note for the store.
- Click Request Return.
If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with return instructions.
SHIPPING
Follow these recommendations to make sure your returns and exchanges are processed quickly.
- Include a copy or your original invoice with the return.
- Pack your returns securely enough to prevent damage in transit since we cannot accept items damaged during shipping for return. We recommend using the box and packing materials we used to send the item(s) to you.
- Original packaging cannot be used as a shipping container unless otherwise stated (EXCEPTION: OK for Gaerne boots)
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
- Utilize trackable and/or insured shipping services as appropriate.

- Please allow up to 5-7 business days for any credited funds to appear in your account.
- Credit from accepted refunds may be used as credit toward an exchange or a new order.
PROCESSING
We work hard to ensure all returns are processed quickly, usually within 2-3 business days. Please email us if you have questions beyond the information provided at returns@waynesburgpowersports.com
REFUNDS
When we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and determine whether the return is approved or not, then we will notify you of the status. If approved, a credit will automatically be sent to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for any credited funds to appear in your account. Shipping fees from the initial order will not be refunded.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For support, please contact us at support@waynesburgpowersports.com. Include your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
WARRANTY RETURNS
Waynesburg Powersports does not offer direct warranty on products, but our support staff can assist with any warranty claim by working with the product manufacturers.
WARRANTY RETURN REQUEST
Send an email to our support team at support@waynesburgpowersports.com including:
- A detailed explanation regarding the condition and/or defects
- Pictures of defective products
- A copy of your original invoice
Once we receive all required information, we will contact the manufacturer for return authorization. Once received, we will send a shipping label to you to cover the cost of return shipping. Your replacement item will be sent free of charge after we have received your original item.
